Please also fill in the EU\u00a0questionnaire accessible at this \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eusurvey\/runner\/Evaluation_for_MSC_fellows\">link.<\/a>\u00a0To access the questionnaire you will need the following information:\u00a0<strong>Grant Agreement Number:<\/strong> 689176 and the <strong>Acronym:<\/strong> SYSMICS.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What should I do if I have a publication related to SYSMICS?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Make sure you have properly acknowledged the project (see below), upload a preprint of you paper on <a href=\"https:\/\/arxiv.org\/\">arXiv<\/a> and send both journal reference and arXiv link to <a href=\"mailto:lapentaserafina@gmail.com?subject=%5BSYSMICS%5D%20Forthcoming%20secondment\">Sara Lapenta<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Why should I upload my work on arXiv?<\/strong><br \/>\nH2020 has a \u201cmandate for open access\u201d. It means that we need to ensure open access to all publications linked to SYSMICS. This is satisfied by uploading your work on arXiv.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How do I proper acknowledge\u00a0the project?<br \/>\n<\/strong>In acknowledging the project, please use exactly the following sentence:<br \/>\n<em>\u201cThis project has received funding from the European Union\u2019s Horizon 2020 research and innovation\u00a0programme under the Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie grant agreement No 689176\u201d.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>How long should I be seconded to complete a secondment? <\/strong><br \/>\nAny span of time longer than one month constitutes an eligible secondment e.g., two stays of 20 days each at the same host by the same researcher form a perfectly fine secondment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Are traveling periods considered within the secondment duration?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When does the project end?<br \/>\n<\/strong>28\/2\/2019.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Can I be seconded (partially) after the end date of the project?<br \/>\n<\/strong>No.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How much time I have to dedicate to the project during a secondment?<br \/>\n<\/strong>You must work full time on topics\u00a0of relevance for the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How do I calculate my reimbursement?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Please let us know the exact dates of departure and arrival back at the sending organization and we will calculate it for you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Can I participate in a conference during my secondment?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Yes, if the conference is relevant for the topics of our project and it is close to your host organisation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Is there any funds to cover my expenses for participating in a conference\/workshop\/school?<br \/>\n<\/strong>No. But you can ask the local organizers of the event if they plan to provide support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other relevant information can be found <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/logica.dmi.unisa.it\/sysmics\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/1640122-faqs_rise_2015_en.pdf\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a><strong>.
