All researchers are kindly asked to fill  a “leaving” form (at least 1 month before leaving) and a “coming back” form (at most 1 month after coming back).

In addition, all researchers are required to fill in the EU questionnaire accessible at this link. To access the questionnaire you will need the following information: Grant Agreement Number: 689176 and the Acronym: SYSMICS.
